The official WAHO 2019 Conference Registration & Information Desk will be open at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, the Conference host venue, from the dates & times listed below:

Sunday - 03 February | 11 AM - 4 PM
Monday - 04 February
| 8 AM - 6 PM

Tuesday - 05 February | 8 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday - 06 February | 7 AM - 5 PM
Thursday - 07 February | 7 AM - 9 AM
Friday - 08 February | 7 AM - 4 PM

Registration packs & Conference credentials can be picked up from the Registration Desk at any time during these official hours. Registration & payment for all Post-Conference Tours can also be made at the Registration Desk at any time during the week of 4th to 9th February.  


WAHO 2019 Conference Information Desk | Novotel Darling Harbour

For those registered participants attending Pre-Conference activities, an official WAHO 2019 Conference Information Desk will be staffed at the Novotel Darling Harbour to assist with all Pre-Conference Tours and to answer any Conference or tourism questions on the following days:

Friday - 01 February | 8 AM - 5 PM
Saturday - 02 February 6 AM - 5 PM
Sunday - 03 February | 6 AM - 5 PM
Monday - 04 February | 6 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday - 05 February | 6 AM - 2 PM

Pre & Post-Conference Tours can also be booked, and payment received, at the Novotel Darling Harbour WAHO 2019 Conference Information Desk during the Pre-Conference weekend. The capable & knowledgeable team will also be able to assist with any tourist activities you would like pursue in Australia & New Zealand, outside of those offered as part of the WAHO 2019 Conference. WAHO 2019 Conference Welcome Desk | Sydney Kingsford-Smith International Airport

All registered WAHO 2019 Conference participants travelling through the international terminal at Sydney's Kingsford-Smith Airport (SYD) will be greeted by Conference Team members at the official Conference Welcome Desk. Please look for the WAHO 2019 Conference signs at international arrivals once you have cleared customs. Based on your confirmed accommodation, we will ensure you travel safely to your destination and have all the information you need to enjoy your Pre-Conference Tour & WAHO 2019 Conference activities.
